MTG Wishlist 2.9.0.0

Hi Munsons! a few days ago the spoiler of Khans of Tarkir went out, so here we are to include it in MTG Wishlist for Android.

MTG Wishlist 2.9.0.0 includes

• New Ebay linked countries:

These new countries are added to the already linked:

• Fixed an issue updating cards on devices with comma as decimal separator. It could happen that some values were blanked because of this issue. This is a documented Android bug that we hope to solve with this release.
